Rochford Wines

The ‘Rochford Wines’ property stands as a true masterpiece in the Yarra Valley. As you venture along the gracefully curved driveway, flanked by verdant trees and flourishing vines, you’ll be welcomed by a collection of exquisite venues. These include a sophisticated restaurant, a cellar door nestled among the aging barrels, a charming café, and a spacious outdoor area where you can unwind while soaking in the stunning vistas of the Yarra Valley hills. It’s a place where beauty, wine, and culinary delights come together in perfect harmony.

Yering Farm

Step into our rustic tasting room, housed in a meticulously restored 100-year-old hay shed, nestled beside the lambing nursery and orchard on Yering Farm. You can choose to pull up a stool or lean on the beautifully weathered wooden bar as we indulge you in a presentation of our boutique wines. Every wine you savor here is nurtured and crafted on-site, reflecting the authentic essence of our vineyard.

Greenstone Vineyards

Perched amidst the Yarra Valley, with sweeping vistas that extend to the majestic Dandenong Ranges, the Greenstone Vineyards cellar door offers an inviting opportunity for all to savor our wines and delve into the very essence of the Greenstone philosophy. Here, you not only taste our wines but also have the rich tapestry of the Yarra Valley and its storied winemaking heritage at your fingertips, creating a truly immersive experience.

Domaine Chandon

Chandon’s traditions hail from a grand Champagne house but their expertise is firmly planted in cool-climate Yarra Valley wine country. This is where wines with distinctive Chandon complexity and finesse are made. Ask about the fabulous ‘ Foundation Tasting’.  These are the superb sparkling wines that made Domaine Chandon who they are.  Please add on $20 per person to the cost of the tour.

De Bortoli

A third generation Italian Winery. Sample the iconic ‘Noble One’ Botrytis Semillon, Australia’s No.1 dessert wine, and the decadent and unique ‘Black Noble’. They also have a wonderful Tawny & Muscat to taste. De Bortoli also offer exceptional cheeses to taste. If you wish to have a wine and cheese tasting please ask. Please add on $10 per person to the cost of the tour.

Mandala Wines

Drop in for a cellar door tasting with the friendly staff. All current release wines are available to taste each day, including the single site wines such as the Compass Chardonnay, the Prophet and The Matriarch Pinot Noirs, the Butterfly Cabernet Sauvignon and The Rock Shiraz. Mandala merges the elements which make up the good life – the love of family, food and wine; the best recipe for embracing and savouring life. Please add on $5 per person to the cost of the tour.

• Alternatives to Rochford include Soumah,  Billanook Estate and Killara Estate. All offer a great 2 course lunch with a glass of wine at no extra cost.
• For a more premium offering Zonzo’s Estate offers a lovely two course lunch of antipasto and gourmet wood fired pizzas. Additional $40 per person. Drinks not included
• TarraWarra is an extra $50 per person to enjoy a two course lunch. Drinks not included.
• De Bortoli is an extra $35 per person to enjoy a two course set lunch of main & dessert. Drinks not included.
• Wild Cattle Creek for an extra $15 per person you can enjoy a two course meal, with a choice of main, and their famous dessert platter – along with a tutored wine tasting and a glass of wine to enjoy with lunch.
• Domaine Chandon has a 3 course Chef’s Table Menu. An extra $50 per person to dine at. Drinks not included
